  • <span class="title">Diamond Wedding Anniversary Coin</span><br/><p> To mark the Diamond Wedding Anniversary of the marriage of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II of New Zealand, and the Duke of Edinburgh, New Zealand Post, in association with the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, has produced a series at commemorative coins. On December 12 2007 at Government House in Wellington, Ivor Masters, General Manager-Stamps, presented the Governor-General, Hon Anand Satyanand, and Mrs Susan Satyanand, a solid silver $1 coin to be presented to Her Majesty. Pictured with the Governor-General and Mrs Satyanand were Philip O'Shea, Herald of Arms Extraordinary, who designed the coins, on the left, and Mr Masters, on the right. </p>
